Julian Chapman, M.S., is the founder of JC Mental Performance and a mental performance consultant with graduate training in sport and performance psychology and applied experience in behavior change, teaching, leadership, and research.
His people-first approach begins with understanding each client before helping them develop the mental skills, habits, and strategies needed to perform with greater confidence and consistency.
Julian’s experience supporting behavior change and leading teams has strengthened his ability to build relationships, identify barriers, teach practical skills, track progress, and adjust strategies to meet the needs of the individual.
He earned his master’s degree at Barry University and his bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Miami. He is now completing mentorship toward Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification. He is not yet CMPC certified.
